How to add support for keyboard arrow keys in Videos

Although I seem to recall that I have done this in the past, but I can't figure out how to do it now.  Using 10.5.Pro on Windows 11 machine.

You cannot do it in PTE, it is in whatever program you use to play the video.

If you use VLC Player to play the videos then the keyboard arrow keys move your video by 10secs.

Shift+arrow will move faster

So, it is not my old age that caused this misconception.
