Photos in the slide line are not complete [SOLVED]

When dragging the photo files down to the slide line only the top 10th of the photo is visible.  The full photo appears in the top box when the up arrow is clicked.  I am using a Mac with the up to date program.  Can anyone help please?

Have you shrunk the view of the timeline vertically?

Try dragging the line upwards or see if there is a scroll bar on the right hand side.

Thank you Jill.  I have tried this.  The size of screen changes but the sideview remains unchanged.  JayCee

Hi,

Please do the following to fix this problem on your Mac:

1. Close PTE AV Studio in the Dock.

2. Download the uninstaller of PTE AV Studio for Mac.

Unpack and run it.

Tick only one option 'Reset PTE AV Studio configuration'.

Confirm the uinstallation. Close this utility.

3. Run PTE AV Studio.
