No Preview

I have no idea why, but since upgrading to the present version V4.41 and can not get the preview to work. It opens on the first image and goes no further. I can only view a presentation by ceating an exe file. I am finding this all very frustrating because all I want to do is create a very simple presentation with a piece of music and nothing seems to work properly.

Can anyone help me with this problem, vague as my description might be?

I should add that the preview deos not work as soon as I add music - MP3's files.

That is similar to what happened with my system when I used v4.41. There was a conflict with my particular soundcard and also when I loaded MP3s. Have you tried v4.42? This fixed it for me.

If 4.42 doesn't solve your problem, then I would email Igor with your soundcard details and see what he has to offer. He was great at resolving the problem for me.

I upgraded and I still have the same problem!!

It is frustrating as all used to work so well.
