keyboard Posted July 26, 2005 Report Share Posted July 26, 2005 I purchased this software online today, I received two emails,one confirming my order the other telling me how to register the key with the attached file.The email did not have a file attached so I could not load a key to use the program fully, I have emailed support twice in the last two hours and have not had a reply,can anyone advise me on how long it takes for PTE support to respond?Thanks John. keyboard Posted July 26, 2005 Author Report Share Posted July 26, 2005 Hi JimThanks very much for your speedy responce.I followed the link you gave me and copied and pasted the text string into notepad,saved as reg.key and added the file to the registry and it seems to have worked,the program opened up without the nag screen.Once again thanks you are a hero.
