unsuccessful order

:( Following one of the indicated procedures, on 2 January 2003, I sent ( by fax) the order form for a personal licence of PicturesToExe to Universal Commerce.

On the same date I sent to Universal Commerce the related foreign money order ($26.50).

Up until now ( 12 February), I have not received the registration key or acknowledge of receipt from Universal Commerce. I have written unsuccessfully.

Please, let me know what I have to do.

Dear Mmc,

It is really very strange, but the point is that I'm not able to find you in our base, as I don't know even your full name.

Please, could you write me to orders@wnsoft.com, or to support@wnsoft.com with the title, for example, "Key problem". Write me your full name and your email that you used in registration.

And besides, check your email program, if it allows you to recieve attached files. It is very important too.

I hope that we would solve this problem as soon as possible.
