jkb Posted December 10, 2022 Report Posted December 10, 2022 I have tried to apply an 'Inverted Cone' Shadow on Text Animation & it is not displaying correctly. It has 'bars' around each letter - see screen grab I wanted to make the Text stand out against a light background Using 'Cone' seems to work OK & I can always add a coloured 'Rectangle' instead, so not really a problem if this isn't meant to work. Igor Posted December 12, 2022 Report Posted December 12, 2022 Jill, when you turn on the Text animation option, the shadow is displayed separately for each letter (glyph), this is necessary because during animation, technically each letter is a separate object. A shadow can be overlapped with a shadow of next letter. I already thought on this issue with Inverted Cone shadow, and it seems that this effect requires to add a special kind of animated background "stips", in future. 1 Quote
