Is it possible to edit an video( I would like to trim the length) after it is uploaded to the PTE program-I have the standard version?

I think you need the Pro version. See Barry Beckhams recent 5min tutorial on how.

You can easily shorten the video simply by the moving the following slide to the point where you want the video to end.

Right Click on the Video to check if the 'Trim start of Video' Option is available, I think it will be.
