License Key not found [SOLVED]

I am having trouble getting any response from WnSoft to my request for my License Key- refer attached .

This is the second time I have used the contact system to report my issue and no response on either occasion.

While I have License Keys for both 10 Pro and 11(Beta) neither of these are recognised when I Try to upgrade.

Advice would be appreciated

Sorry for this problem. I found your 2 messages and our replies. Probably our emails arrived to a junk/spam folder in your email box?

Your current license key should activate the new PTE AV Studio 11 Pro. I'll remind you the key in a personal message through this forum.

I recommend to copy/paste the license key to avoid typo.
