black background in png files [SOLVED]

HI everybody

I have a laptop with PTE AV Studio 11.0.2 that works without problems, but I also have an old laptop, with windows 7, both DELL that has no connection to the Internet or any network. With a flash drive, I copy the installer and install it on the old one, everything seems to be fine, but the transparent background of the png files is black and I couldn't solve it. I must have something selected wrong in propertyis.

Firstly, check these PNG images in Photoshop, if they really have a transparent background.

PTE AV Studio automatically supports a transparent background in PNG images.

Silly question, but do you have an image underneath the .png?

If you are just adding the png on it's own then the standard black background will be showing.

My laptop  is Win 7 & I don't have any problems with png files

I downloaded Pictures to Exe 9 and install it in the old computer  and with it the transparency is OK, but in PTE AV Studio 11.0.2 remains black

Can you attach one sample PNG image file which has this problem in V11 ?

This images display with the transparency  in my new computer with PTE 11 and the old computer with PTE9, but with PTE 11 the transparency y total black

I've checked your PNG image. PTE 11 shows correctly a transparent background on my computer with Windows 11.

Maybe my problem is with windows 7, but JKB said   he has not problem with PTE 11 in windows 7.

It should not be related with version of Windows.
