About PTE 11.0.2 [SOLVED]

One brand new feature of PTE 11.0.2 : it is unable to generate MP4 nor AVI files on a PC+Wdw 11 with a Rizen and 32 Go RAM

Hi,

Try the following:

1. Uninstall PTE AV Studio 11.

2. Restart Windows.

3. Reinstall PTE AV Studio 11 again.

I've done what you say + I didn't import any parameters from 10.5 version and .................... it works now  thanks

Glad that you solved it! 

Indeed we didn't hear about similar problem with V11 yet. It seems that video encoders files were damaged. And reinstallation was cured the problem.
