JDoran Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 Hi,I am in the process of evaluating this software after several recommendations. Looks good but I am not sure the best way to make a background slide fit the full screen. At the moment I am ticking the "Use a Tiled Background" on the main project options and pointing to a slide that is larger than my screen size. Using a slide larger than my screen size stops the tiling effect and fills the entire screen. This approach works but I was wondering if there was another way to achieve the same effect. When I try to use a "normal" slide at 100% it does not fill the whole screen to the same extent as with the "tiled background" approach.Am I missing something simple here? Is there another way of filling the screen?TIAJane Quote
ronwil Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 Welcome to the Forum Jane.I have never selected "Tiled Image" as a background but "Solid Colour", invariably black. Apart from that under Screen options I select "100% of screen to show slide images" and "Fullscreen mode". Hope that helps.Ron [uK] Quote

DaveG Posted September 27, 2005 Report Posted September 27, 2005 Try using Windowed Mode (without border), type in the width and height figures to match the full resolution of your monitor/projector.That way your tiled image need only be the resolution size of the monitor (not bigger).DaveG Quote
