I uploaded new version of my "EasyRead" tool. It is not PTE related but you can use its features to create text images. Basically it is for people who have to read long texts and want to change the font style, size and color while reading. They can even change background color under the text, all to fit the eyes and have less headaches.

Other features that can be useful:

Make a screen shot, save or paste it.

Copy to clipboard.

Print the text with the new font selected.

I don't know about colors because I have no color printer to test it

Install show, Run Show from HD, Create Shortcut to show on desktop.

Select background color for images.
