Updating Registered Version

:)Welcome to the forum !

All the updates are free.

You download the newest version and install it (replace the old version).

Your key is always found (it's automatic when you install).

But, don'f forget to save your bought key (CD or other disk).

Hello

How do I replace the version (or later) of paid-for pte that I had before my hard disk failed and had to be reformatted losing everything. I have no idea what the key was. I purchased pte Sep/Oct 04.

Advice please.

You'll need to send an email to Igor (and his team) at the following email address:

support@wnsoft.com

Tell them when you purchased the license to use PTE and give them your email address that you used when you registered your copy. They will verify and send you another key.

Sorry to hear about your hard disk failure. I've had that happen and fortunately, I had created a backup of my key onto a diskette. When you get your new key, be sure and create a backup of it so you don't have to wait to get a new one.
