SandShark
How does one update an older, registered, paid for version of PicturesToExe to the newest version without having to pay again? I searched the forum and the FAQ and couldn't find the answer. Thanks!

I have no idea what the key was. I purchased pte Sep/Oct 04.Advice please.Murmurings (UK)
Guest Techman1
Murmurings,You'll need to send an email to Igor (and his team) at the following email address:support@wnsoft.com Tell them when you purchased the license to use PTE and give them your email address that you used when you registered your copy. They will verify and send you another key.Sorry to hear about your hard disk failure. I've had that happen and fortunately, I had created a backup of my key onto a diskette. When you get your new key, be sure and create a backup of it so you don't have to wait to get a new one.Good luck.Fred
Michel
I think you will receive your key if all is OK . After, as said by Fred, create a backup of your key on a CD or other. To write for this request is easy (even if you haven't your n° of order). When you open PicturesToExe, you will see and use these screeens:
