skipping

I am new to pics to exe. and I just LOVE it!!! I am having a problem with skipping. I made a slide show with around 160 pics, 3 songs and auto timed it in the program. Everything looks great when I play in the timeline mode but when I create it and then burn to a CD it skipps some of the pics. What is going on? How do I fix this?

Probably some pictures are too close. The CD is much more slow than a hard disk.

Go to the time line and make sure there is a small gap between the numbered tag of an image on that timeline and the grey bar that signifies the transition time of the previous image.

If they are too close those errors occur. Just leave the image on screen for a short time once the transition has ended and you will be fine

Another possible reason for glitches is image size. If you are not resizing your images down to around 500 kb max. (depending of course on the speed of the processor and the quality of the video card), then the pc may be working too hard to process these images properly and hence having to slow down the show or cause certain images to repeat over again.
