When I got the email from the company, it said there was a file attached and to save the file to my pc. ?? There was no file. What are they talking about?2. So, in this email I got the some code that evidently is the "key." When I open the program and try to "load the key" I get the screen shown below. It is looking for a type of file, right??? What file? The one I didn't get?Thank you so much for the help!! I emailed the company and the only explanation I got was they sent me the key code again.
