Is it no longer possible to make adjustments for quality mode and bit rate when publishing HD and K4?

Hi Frans,

Both options (quality and bitrate) are available for HD or 4K video output. 

We recommend to use Quality mode. In default preset it's High/Medium/Low quality options. And in the Custom preset Quality can be adjusted between 20% and 150%.
