rossb Posted August 11, 2023 Report Posted August 11, 2023 Hi I am creating a slide show that will have rapid rotation on every one of what may turn out to be 100's of slides. To avoid doing each one individually can anyone tell me how to apply the same animation to a bulk set of slides? I read somewhere that PTE 11 can do it so I downloaded the 30 day free trial. But when I select 2 or 3 slides and try to apply animation it just works for one of the slides. Help will be appreciated. Thanks Ross Quote
davegee Posted August 11, 2023 Report Posted August 11, 2023 In the Slide View, click on the Slide that you wish to Create a Quick Style from. Go to Slide/Create Quick Style or press Shift+Ctrl+N Highlight the Slide or Slides to which you wish to Apply the Quick Style. You can use Shift+Click to highlight multiple contiguous Slides or Ctrl+Click to highlight non-contiguous Slides. Go to Slide/Apply Quick Style or press Shift+Ctrl+Q. The "Main Object" status of the target Slides must be the same as the original slide from which the Quick Style was created. Quick Styles only work in the Pro Version. rossb Posted August 12, 2023 Author Report Posted August 12, 2023 Hi Thanks for responding. However, shift/ctrl/N doesn't work. And when I right click the slide the 'create quick style' option is not there. Can Igor or anyone confirm if these options are missing from the 11 Pro version evaluation copy? Ross Quote
rossb Posted August 12, 2023 Author Report Posted August 12, 2023 Hi again My apologies! Although the 'create quick style' option is not visible on the slide menu, ctrl/shift N followed by ctrl/shift Q does work. Bloody brilliant! Quote
davegee Posted August 12, 2023 Report Posted August 12, 2023 It is not available in the right-click menu for a slide. I was referring to the Main Menu Slide menu - top left of screen. I have already suggested to Igor that it be included in the Right Click Menu for a Slide. DG 1 Quote
