Step for cloning a keyframe?

Can't remember where to set the step for cloning a keyframe?

Click the keyframe so it turns darker Blue, then Right Click & choose Clone.

You can then drag it to the position you want.

I need some of the frames to be cloned for 200ms and some for 250ms.

Consider using modifiers for your task. Sometimes a single keyframe with 1-2 modifiers can create an animation that would otherwise require a series of many keyframes at short intervals.

I need 1ms steps keyframes for 24 pictures to turn off transparency. And the same amount steps to enable transparency. How to do this simply with modifiers - I do not know. I remember in the 9th version was possible to set a step for new keyframes.

It's difficult to recommend a certain solution, because I don't know the exact plan for this animation.

It would be not easy to work with 1ms intervals.

If you add an Oscillation Modifier of 100 to the Opacity it will switch off & on the transparency.

You will have to work out how many repeats depending on the overall duration of the Slide to get 1ms

However at that speed it will be very disturbing to watch.
