maderemark Posted March 11, 2003 Report Posted March 11, 2003 I just read the description of what's on PTE Vers 4. I didn't see any mention of the ability to create multiple shows that can be accessed from the first or last slide from any one of the shows. I thought that was something that was going to be "in the next release".If it's not, is there any plans for any updates in the near future with that feature?Igor, thanks for all the constant improvements in the program. It's very impressive.Regards,Mark MadereCleveland, OH USA Quote
LumenLux Posted March 11, 2003 Report Posted March 11, 2003 Welcome Mark to this group. Possibly you have been lurking a while before posting - as many have done. But everyone who also posts, adds to the value of this group. I don't know the answer to your question. I was just noting your screen name. I had first read it as "made remark". Seeing your post now, I see the play on your real name. Have you any great photos of this rather snowy winter in Cleveland? Quote
JRR Posted March 11, 2003 Report Posted March 11, 2003 Maderemark:What you are after is quite easy, once you know how There are likely a few ways to do it, but what I do is make a one image show. I take an image that I really like, that might be associated with the shows you want to put on the CD.I choose the PROJECT OPTION > MAIN > SHow Settings > keep last slide on screenI then put OBJECT EDITOR buttons, on the image, that are linked to each show I want to have on the CD.Create a exe file for the one image show.I load the one image exe file as well as the other shows exe's on the CD, make it an autorun CD and away you go.Obviously you can test it all in PREVIEW before loading it on the CD.Be aware that Object Editors move in relation to the image when shown at different screen resolutionsHope that is clearHave fun Quote
boxig Posted March 11, 2003 Report Posted March 11, 2003 Hello Mark,There are two ways to put multiple shows on a CD. The first one is to make a one slide show with buttons or links with "Run application or open file" action. The second is to use one of some utilities which you can find at Bill's downloads page at: http://beechbrook.com/pte/At the above url you can find also the utility you asked me: "Unregistered Reminder"Granot Quote
JRR Posted March 11, 2003 Report Posted March 11, 2003 Sorry Granot !!!I forgot to plug your utilities Quote
