I was using version 11.0.8 so I uninstalled and loaded version 11.0.14 but got the same message. I'm using an M1 Mac on Sonoma 14.6.1. Can anyone suggest what's wrong? Is it a fixed drive on the computer or an external drive? Igor Posted Friday at 12:06 PM Report Share Posted Friday at 12:06 PM Hi, Glad you solved the problem. Special folders on Mac require permission to read/save files: Documents, Downloads, Desktop. Sometimes macOS revokes permission previously granted by the user. I think this happens after restoring macOS from Time Machine or when the app has not been used for a long time.
