Transfer of a template from windows to Mac

I am assisting somebody with their AV which they have compiled on a window machine. I asked them to create a template and send it to me so that I can make adjustments to their images and timings. I am working on a Mac with the mac version. All that has happened is that I have a list of files but seem unable to open the template and get it  onto my computer.. Any ideas

Hi Mike,

The .pte file inside the Template should open on both Mac & Windows.

Have they sent you the full Template .pt Folder?
If so then you will need to copy this .pt folder into your own Templates Folder & then open it from within PTE.

Look under File/Templates & it should show in the list.

If they have only sent the files then it will not work as a Template, but you should still be able to open the .pte file by double clicking.
