Downsizing Presentations for Emailing

Does anybody know the best approach and details to downsizing presentations so I can email them out. I am a step by step person.....

welcome to the forum.

take out the music

make smaller shows - part 1 part 2 etc

try to keep your picts < 100kb ea

tell them next time you see them you will give them a full size show with all the bells and whistles on a cd

or

use yousendit and post the whole enchilada there

yousendit is a free -- to a point-- service where you upload a zip file -- you supply the address to where you want it to go and they will email the people that there is a file for them and they supply a link so they can download it

send space is along the same lines - i have received a file by it but have not uploaded yet to their site

generally the file will be on the server for 7 days so one wants to be in contact with the people

another option is to use msn messeger to transfer files -- i have used it many times to transfer 100 mb zips as well as single jpgs
