Sequoia problem, video not smooth

Hello everyone, I updated to Sequoia but the rendered videos are not smooth but a little jerky. Never had this problem, reinstalled latest version but nothing. I'm wondering if anyone has this problem.

Hi,

Tell us in more details.

Do you create a show as MP4 video with HD or 4K quality and then open this video file in QuickTime player or VLC player?

Configuration of your Mac and year.
