ronwil Posted August 6, 2006 Report Posted August 6, 2006 While we wait an answer from you Paul to Ken's request for the specification of your video card, I have dowloaded and viewed your sequence. It is short and sweet but a great indication of what can be achieved. (Makes me thirsty as Strongbow cider comes to mind - Sorry a UK advert]. There were no stutters on my playback.Ron [uK] Quote

From the Windows desktop click on Start/Run then type in "dxdiag" and press O.K. Next click on the Display tab and this will indicate which video card and how much video memory you have.Best regards,Lin Quote
Igor Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 Paul,I've tested your slide show and I have to say that you're right. I also see stutter of Pan effects. And in this slide show it is not caused by video card, because image comparatively small. As I've explorered, it happens because of MP3 music file which is 48 KHz instead of usual 44 KHz. We do resampling back to 44 KHz and this calculations affect to smoothness of Pan/Zoom. So we'll fix this problem in the next beta 5. As temporal solution, please use 44 KHz MP3 music files.Thank you that you found this problem! Quote
