Debbie Bielby Posted Tuesday at 04:39 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 04:39 PM I have had the program since June and used it without any problems. Now it has suddenly stopped working. I seem to have lost all previous work. When I try to start a new project I get the never ending spinning wheel until I force the program to quit when it says it is not responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but this has not changed anything. Any advice appreciated. I am a Mac user. Quote

Uninstall PTE AV Studio 11 (remove the program icon to the Trash Bin). 2. Reset settings of PTE AV Studio 11. Download the following special uninstaller and run it. https://files.wnsoft.com/pteavstudio/RemovePTEAVStudio.app-11-0.zip Run this utility. Tick an option 'Reset PTE AV Studio configuration'. Confirm the uninstallation. 3. Install PTE AV Studio 11 again from DMG package to Applications. Download from WnSoft website here. Run PTE AV Studio 11 again. P.S. Your projects will be saved, and not removed after the reinstallation of PTE AV Studio. Quote
