Check for Updates under Help tab

It appears that the final version of PTE Video Optimiser has now been released. I have just uninstalled my previous version and, think, re-installed although quite possibly knowing me, might well have still clicked on an old link by mistake. My query though is that I understood under the ‘Help’ tab there would be a link to check for updates in the final version. In the version I have just re-installed this link is not there. (Version 1 Build 3). Have I thus again installed a previous version?

Hi George,

no need to uninstall a previous version, the new version will overwrite the previous.
I don't think the Check For Updates has been added yet as we are still on Version 1.

There is a beta for V1.0.1 & it is not in that.
Just keep checking the Forum for now to see when a new version is released.
