I'm sorry about this problem!

I asked my colleague to send you again the registration key several hours ago.

Let me know if it still didn't arrive.

I'm at home now and can't open your first emails.

Please say me your Order ID and I'll try to manually send you the key.

Our registration system sends email with the registration key during several minutes after an order. But some email programs, mail severs of ISP, or antispam program/filters lock attachment and this letter arrives broken.

Nick, I'm quite sure you will have to deal with some embarrasment, I think you think you are dealing with the normal type of software company that has the "I don't give a damn attitude about customer service" attitude, But, maybe youv'e been burned before like most of us, if you give this Team a little bit of time, I'll bet you'll fall head over heels for them. They are very Customer oriented, and that is worth an awful lot to me. I'll bet you already have the key by now. Enjoy the great slide show program and when you get good with it maybe share a show or 2. :) Bill

I received the key shortly after the above post. Thanks. I am sure it was just an oversight or otherwise busy life in the crazy world that we ALL live in. My apology for being impatient.
