In the same spirit as the WhiteFrames Masks (see topic here on Wnsoft forum), I made some new Masks to use in your PTE presentations :

FilmStrips Masks

TheDom-FilmStrip-Small.jpg

Those masks can be very easily used in your PTE projects and give a nice impact (as usual, do not over-use ! ;)

Those masks have been made with the help of Panosfx Photoshop Actions : B&B Filmstrip v.2.2 (avalaible on http://panosfx.com).

Thanks to the author !

I made a demo with those masks :

(5,03 Mb - The demo is 3 minutes and 57 sec and includes music).

The "full PTE Project" of this demo is avalaible :

(4,80 Mb)

And if you just want the "FimStrip masks" pack only :

(375 ko)

I would appreciate comments and suggestions. :)

TheDOM,

Nice job on these! I believe this will give a lot of people some great ideas to really get them started and working with all the animation capabilities that PTE 5.0 offers. The actions by Panosfx are (and have always been) great!

Thanks for sharing your projects and ideas here. I know I appreciate it very much!

Regards,

Fred

p.s. - For those who haven't seen this or Dom's White Frames demo, you should really take a look!

Hi Dom,

I want to create a slide show that uses a continuous filmstrip that scrolls from right to left across the screen. Your filmstip only has 4 images. Any ideas on how to achieve the effect?

Ron,

You just have to use several filmstrips and to put them next to each other.

Put all the filmstrips as sub-objects of a "Pte frame" (rectangle with opacity = 0).

This way, you just have to apply a pan to this frame.

I made a sample for you (download).

I put three filmstrips but of course, you can add as many as you need. :)
