Ronniebootwest
When I put PTE stuff up on my website, it always creates a lot of interest and the downloads begin in earnest.I am not a rich man however and when so many downloads take place it eats quickly into my Bandwidth Allocation (costly). Clearly I need to monitor this, so does anyone out there know how I can include a 'Number of downloads counter' option so that I know exactly how many times a particular file has been downloaded. Ronniebootwest
Hi Ron,I also use Sitemeter but I cannot see where it provided a 'Number of Downloads' fro any particular file. Am I missing something?Ron
ronwil
As far as I can see Ron, the information you require is not available in either version of Sitemeter and is only sketchy as regards pages seen. Obviously there is software available which provides this information. I wonder if Bill of Beechbrook Cottage can help as his site shows the numbers of downloads of individual sequences.Ron [uK]
