Trevor Posted March 12 Report Posted March 12 Question 1: Is it possible to remove the fade in and fade out from a slide so it has no transitions at all? Question 2: can the rotation point be moved, I want to rotate a slide from the Right hand edge as a page in a book would, I just can't work out how it can be done? Thanks for any and ALL help, Regards Trevor Quote
digartal Posted March 12 Report Posted March 12 Hello Trevor I am certainly no expert but this may help with your question 1 - In the Project window at the bottom, set the numeric value next to the AB to 0.0 and this will stop the fade. 2 - I did not know how to do this myself but found this info in the Wnsoft Help Files More info here https://docs.pteavstudio.com/en-us/10.0/objectsandanimation_1/animation_tab Hope this answer your question. jkb Posted March 12 Report Posted March 12 Both very easy to do. 1. In the Timeline drag the grey bar above the Slide to the duration you want, so just drag it back until it shows Zero. Or in Slide View click the box above the Slide & enter 0.0 2. Hold Down Shift & your mouse pointer will change to a Finger when you are over the Centre point. Keep holding Shift while you drag it to where you want. Or you can change the position by adjusting the Numbers in the Animation Tab for Centre I see that Digartal was replying at the same time as I was. Jill 1 Quote
davegee Posted March 12 Report Posted March 12 Just to elaborate a little on both the above replies. If you set Centre X to -100 and Pan X to -100% then your image will rotate about its left hand side by changing the value of Rotate Y. DG 1 Quote

jkb Posted March 13 Report Posted March 13 53 minutes ago, Trevor said: you can never have to much Help PTE is very easy to use, the best thing is that everything you do is virtual, so you can't destroy your pictures or sound files. The best way to learn is just to try things & see what they do. Don't get hung up on the numbers, just move things with the mouse & see the effect. Also try a Right Click if you are looking for something, it usually brings up options to do what you want. There is unlimited Undo so it is easy to step back if something doesn't work as expected. Have fun & play until you get used to it, then you will discover just how powerful PTE is. Jill 1 Quote
