MovieFactory 2SE conflicts with Quicktime7

When I tried to make a PTE video, I found that my MovieFactory2 SE would not open. I got "Ulead DVD MovieFactory has encountered a problem and needs to close." After some research, I found that Quicktime7 was the problem. I uninstalled QT7 and installed QT6. MovieFactory2 SE then worked OK. Maybe others might find that they are having this problem, too. Perhaps this problem will be mute with the new version PTE but if someone else has this problem, this might be the cure.

P.S. Added later: I just installed ITunes, which automatically also installs the latest version of Quicktime, 7.1.3. I checked to see if my MovieFactory 2 SE still worked and it does. I must have had an earlier 7.x version. But this latest version of Quicktime seems to be working well with MovieFactory 2 SE. No conflicts. Maybe I was the only person with this problem but the conflict seems to have cleared up.
