Igor
I've attached two screenshots. It's a good example of advantage quality of video that renders beta #7 for AVI and DVD. New beta doesn't produce jaggies on sharp details of an image. The original image was 1280x1024 with strong unsharp filter and it very good illustrates case of hard task for rendering of video. Usually difference not so noticeable.

Adda
I am very impressed about the quality of video output in Beta 7.Clear, sharp images without jaggies and only few flimmering on high contrastes (b/w pictures). It's better than my previous favored DVD-programm.Now I can produce pc-shows and DVD's with only one programm: PTE.Thank you very much, Igor.Best regardsAndreas
Igor
The only cost of this improved quality - on 60% more long time of encoding (for more precisious rendering and post-filters)
Adda
It's absolutly worth its price!Andreas
Guest guru
In my opinion, longer rendering time means in general better quality. So, never mind! One of the features really interesting in PTE is its image quality, isn't it?
