Has anyone tried the Sound Editor DEXTER it seems to have everything we would need at a reasonable price

Audacity does everything I need (for v 4.48, that is) and the price is free.

I agree with bharkins... there are many sound editors out there, and several of them are free. Audacity seems to do what I need.
