slideshow exe file

I just purchased picturesToExe and I am having problems with my first slide show. I created an exe file but it seems to take 3-4 minutes to start up once I click on it. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum 'snowranger'. It would help if you'd let us know what version of PTE you are using, a bit about the hardware you are using, and some info about the show itself (number of slides, music length, etc.). I'm sure you'll get good advice once we narrow the field down a bit.

It can take some time when loading the exe for first time. Sometimes even firewalls delete the progress of loading too. (this specially happens with Zonelaps)

Once the show has runned it normally goes real fast
