lordvader
HiI'm finding my way round Ver5 (I love it) but something is eluding me. I can't use a conventional keyboard so escaping from a preview is impossible. Is there a way of escaping using a mouse button?CheersStan

lordvader
Hi KenLike I say, I'm pretty severely handicapped so can't use a conventional keyboard. For writing this I use as on screen keyboard and select letters using the trackball. Stan

StanStan,I believe this is an optional feature with PTE...When a person is designing their slide show they have to choose whether the mouse is active or not.I believe that you will find that some slide shows work and others do not.I am wondering...Do you have the ability with your custom mouse setup to execute an ALT+TAB?If so you could leave your keyboard screen on a differnt page and TAB over to it.Other than that I cannot think of a simple solution to your problem. alrobin
Stan,The inability to "program" the mouse to "exit" in version 5, or to use the nav bar, is only temporary - it will probably be reinstated in beta 9.
lordvader
AlThanks for that. I had hoped that this facility would be enabled again as in ver4. My Mrs will certainly appreciate not having to rush in from time to time to hit the escape key.Good healthStanHi MikeThanks for your suggestions. I think Al's comments answer my little problem the best way (just a little patience). CheersStan
