The recipients are not able to open the files as they are being blocked by theie e mail programmes. When i create an scr file do I have to configure it ? Ken Cox Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 a scr file is classed as a virus by most anti virus/mailers so you have to rename the scr extension to something else in order to fool your anti virus/mailers and put same in a zip filethen you will have to give specific instructions as to what you have done to whoever you are sending it token Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
