When I signed up a couple of years ago I thought all PTE programs were automatically free after I paid the original $29. I love the software and am currently using version 4.48. jongru4 Posted June 1, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 1, 2007 The earliers versions of PTE did not have DVD burner software included. Videobuilder requires burning library licensed to Wnsoft.
