Introduction Movie

Before I saw the light I used ProShow Producer, it had a nice feature in that it would run an intro movie before showing the DVD Menu. This looks very professional, it enabled me to display a disclaimer and run my logo animation. I believe that this would be a nice feature in future PTE versions. I have also commented on the wish to be able to play music over the DVD Menu.

Mike, this feature supposes that we can play a video.

I am not using a video, I have decompiled an avi file into 600 slides, I then play these with a 35 ms timing, it work fine. It is a trick that I had from Lin Evans.

Yes, that is what I am looking for, sorry I did not explain myself very well.

What I can do in ProShow Producer and I would like to do in PTE is run an introductory show before the menu appears, totally as Limey correctly thought. I am sure you have seen this on professionally produced DVDs.
