What new in Beta 19

+ Added PgUp key to go to a previous slide and PgDown key to go to a next slide.

+ Improved compatibility with old projects created in previous versions of PicturesToExe.

+ Updated language files.

+ Updated help file. Added "System Requirements" section.

* Fixed minor bug in VideoBuilder (typing of width/height values for a thumb item).

I hope it is a final code of version 5.0

If there will be no bugs more, I only will add updated language files to final release.
