You can do all the animation you will ever require using PicturesToExe 5. It is very versatile and powerful.

You will find plenty of tutorials on thise pages provided by PTE users and many you can download

Brian,

You don't say if you already have experience of creating 'animation'. If you are new to this, then I suggest that you will need to learn the basics before jumping in at the deep end otherwise you will be a little overwhelmed. Start with some simple panning and zooming and move on to the complicates stuff later on.
