HI Folks,

I want to create a slide show which;

1) Fades in the (title)first slide and remains visible (full screen) for the entire length of the slide show.

2) Fade in other slides which zoom in from the center of the screen to full screen and then slide off screen to the right.

Step two is repeated for three more slides.

My slide list contains only the Title Slide which I select and then go to O&A. In O&A 'Customize Slde' I set the length of the show and set any transitions.

My question is, to complete step 2 I must use the 'Add Image button' in O&A for the rest of the slides.

This is pretty much what I've done and works (with a little more fine tuning), but am I doing it the right way.

Shouldn't all the slides be in the slides list?

Hope this makes sense, difficult to put thoughts to written words.

Mario :huh:

Mario,

Put all your slides on the slide list, add the appropriate transition in "Customize slide", and then apply the PZR actions separately to each main image. (i.e zooming in, etc - you can use the "slide" transition in "Customize slide" to move the image off-screen and bring in the next slide)

Thanks for the advice, looks like I was doing it all wrong aye!

Will this way allow the first slide (Title) to remain visible full screen while the other slides cycle through?

It will if you add your title as an object to each slide. It's not difficult to do - just copy and paste it to each of the other slides in O&A. Instead of using the main "slide effect" transition to slide the main images, though, you may have to use PZR effects instead, in order to maintain the title object in a fixed position. Lots of ways to "skin a cat" with PTE. But this way is better than trying to pack all of your images onto one O&A screen. :)

Mario,

Another way to do this is to go to the Project Options - Screen tab and add a background image which you have previously prepared in Photoshop which includes your show title. This will remain on the screen for the duration of your show. Now you can add each individual slide into the slide list and adjust the PZR effect in the O&A window.
