Adding pictures to exe file

Hi

I am new to this. i have created an exe file with my pictures but can't see how i would be able to add any more pictures to the file. do i have to create a new exe file or am i missing somthing real easy? I did this a few weeks ago keeping just the exe file and not the pte file will this cause a problem?

Alas, cal, this is THE problem. Without the project (.PTE) file you can no more modify your presentation (that is the executable file .EXE). You must go back to make again your slideshow, and this time create (as .EXE) and save it (as .PTE).

If I'm allowed, I wish also give you an advice: save often your project, even several times in a hour, to avoid losing your time and your work.
