I've just run a Google search using the arguments "DVD WMV Converter Freeware" and got a huge number of hits? If it's freeware you're after it isn't going to cost anything but your time to download a few and try them out.

Unfortunatley, not always true. Virus, spyware, etc.,.....

Have a look at videohelp.com, I have found lots of useful utils from there. With reviews and how to use them. Highly recommended.

It might be the best, but it is not freeware.
