How do I use Attachments

Is this a silly question, but I don't know the answer!!!

How do I attach a Thumbnail or an Attachment to a posting, I cannot seem to find the answer?

when you start a message you will get a page like this

bottom right is a browse button

use that to locate your creenshot/attachment

then click upload

and let it do its thing

you cannot add attahments in quick reply mode
