Lin Evans Posted January 12, 2008 Report Posted January 12, 2008 Hi Mr. Echols,No offence taken by anyone - I believe with just a little practice you will be able to make a slideshow very fast with PTE 5.1 - it's just a matter of grasping the insertion of keypoints or keyframes as they are now called in version 5.1. I think one of our members has created a way of quickly doing what you want and the software to do this is given freely. Here's a link:http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7866It's the first post on the link:Best regards,Lin Quote

Grassy_Knollington Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Hi everyone. First post (I purchased P2E yesterday). Have been using ProShow Gold in the past. P2E came to my attention after coming across a post by Lin in another forum spreading the word about how good P2E is. However, I digress, and agree with Mark. If this thread is some kind of poll. Would vote for the inclusion of an automation feature for "motion effects". Sorry to rain on your parade Lin, but not all users of P2E are professional photographers. And judging by the P2E users posting in this thread (and at least one other thread I have come across so far). The requests for this kind of feature are out-weighing the don't wants. As Mark said, this could just be an option within the software. You either use it, or you don't. All you die hard P2E vets can continue doing it hand-rollically! While some of us, would use it to knock up a "quick" basic slideshow (not all photo's have to be of people or family members Lin).
