In case anyone hasn't heard this already, Toshiba today announced they will drop the HD-DVD format. Blu-ray is the winner (for now) of the HD format war.

This is probably why Igor today posted: "We will support Blu-Ray and AVCHD in next versions. I think - in 5.3."
