In some of my presentations, I use some transitional slides (usually all black or all white). If you set a transitional slide to 0 seconds 0 miliseconds, it will display forever. by changing it to 1 milisecond, this works. I assume that the intent was not to display the slide forever if it had a 0 second 0 milisecond custom display time.

The program is probably sitting there trying to figure out, if the author wanted a slide to display for only zero milliseconds, why he would put it there in the first place?? B)

I found the same problem. Kidding aside it would be nice if PTE would not allow less than 1ms, as in when you try to set time to zero it shows 1ms instead, which should give you the hint "don't". Accidental zero values will happen.
