This must solve the problem, please download via MediaFire:

"Nederlands.ini" file for PicturesToExe deluxe 5.5 beta 10

- Upload the file from "MediaFire"

- Exit PTE

- Copy the "Nederlands.ini" file in the "WnSoft PicturesToExe/5.5 Beta 10" folder, confirm replacement

- Restart PTE
