Lin Evans
Yes, PicturesToExe outputs MP4, AVI and MPEG II files all of which can be played on a MacIntosh. You can produce 1080p output which will play perfectly on a Mac.Best regards,Lin
jdeller
Hi Lin, can you tell us more. In my ignorance I thought PTExe was not available for Mac users.Am I to assume with the latest version of PTExe this is am improvement or has this been the case for some time.I have not read or seen any tutorials produced for Mac Users.Any information would be very usefulKind Regards,John
xahu34
John,as far as I know: Using PTE, you develop and export your shows under Windows. Shows exported as exe-files only run under Windows. Shows exported as videos (MPEG-4 etc.) can be used on a Mac.Best regards,XaverMunich
Lin Evans
Hi John,As Xaver replied, PTE isn't available as a MacIntosh native format program yet. The original question was: ... .... is there any software avail. that will let me produce a slide show that can be played on a mac?The answer to that question is yes, AVI, MPEG II and MP4 output from present versions of PTE can be played on a MacIntosh. There are a number of people who use PTE on their Intel based MacIntosh computers running Windows with Bootcamp or various emulators.Best regards,LinHi Lin, can you tell us more.
