jdearman Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 I am attempting burn a slide show DVD. Everything looks good until I get to the burn command. The bar across the bottom of the screen indicates my show has 1.75 gb and the small vertical red bar depicting the max gb available is far to the right. When I depress the burn command, a window pops up and says" there is not enough space on the disc to complete the operation, free 4.27gb, required 5.71gb" The disc I am using is new and unused.I am lost. According to the error message, I have more than the 1.75gb indicated on the bar, but where did the 5.71gb come from? and how do I correct my error?Sincerely appreciate your responses. Jim Quote
davegee Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 It might be better to choose to create an ISO file instead of burn to DVD.If the ISO file can be created you know that it is not a problem with PTE or your show etc.If you can't then burn the ISO to a DVD it is nothing to do with PTE.DaveG Quote
Limey Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 Hello Jim,I had this problem once in the past because I had inadvertantly selected the "Include addiotional folders and files to disc" option in Video Builder. (Below the Burn DVD disk command).Regards,Limey. Quote
